Hotel pics are deceiving. Sheets had stains all over and not cleaned when I asked. Receptionist couldn’t find our key and blamed it on us. Sq footage showed 344 sq ft when room is actually 144 sq ft. Spoke to general Mgr and initially she said she would refund but when hotels.com rep called she refused. Overall my worst hotel experience ever

Hotel was good but hotels.com portal cheated me by modifying my booking details Vs what was conformed to me during booking. Breakfast was included in my booking, but this information was not shared with hotel so I had to pay this additional amount for 2 days.

Spacious & Perfect for Family with Kids

Front office staff are very helpful and courteous especially Lloyd & Anand. Restaurant staff are equally good. They call to remind you that breakfast time is almost over and enquire if we are going down to have our breakfast. Food is good. There is a swimming pool and gym. Location of hotel is strategic. Short, walking distance to Calangute area.

Ideally located in the Tourist Hub

I would rate my stay with GP as good, the merits overshadowed the demerits, room was well spread with all the basic amenities including a kitchenette. The best part was it's location, very conveniently located, all the main beaches were nearby, market too. But also would like to suggest some improvements especially in food which I found average another area of improvement can be lighting which was quite low in the room

I stayed in colva hotel for few days it's was grt but I shifted to calanghut property and it's was an horrible experience I ll never visit this place ever again
