"Aankomst was in het donker, waardoor we het appartement 2 keer voorbij gereden waren. Sleutel lag in een kluisje verderop, prima geregeld. Appartement is prima, enigszins wat verouderd. Mooi terras beneden en een groot dakterras. Zwembad is heerlijk en 24/7 open. Airco living ging kapot (in augustus echt een must) en werd snel gemaakt. Na 2 dagen ging deze weer kapot, maar is daarna niet meer gemaakt. De wasmachine begaf het ook tijdens onze vakantie, maar werd binnen een paar dagen vervangen...

"What a great place to stay during our summer holiday! Beautiful house with terrace, roof terrace, garden with lemonplants and only five minutes walk to a small quit beach for great swimming. The house was impeccable, tidy and clean. Aircos are in livingroom and two sleepingrooms. On the ground floor is a studio with its own bathroom and a ventilator. Communication with Ines was great. "Pros: Die Unterkunft war sauber und für 4 Personen zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es sind 2 Klimaanlagen vorhanden. WLAN sehr gut. Check In und Check Out völlig unkompliziert und netter Kontakt. Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft immer vorhanden. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten von der nächsten Badebucht entfernt. Cons: Ameisen finden meistens immer einen Weg in die Unterkunft. "Beautiful property at a great location"

"The pool area is lovely however did not appreciate the life guard spitting on the floor when walking round. Last year we stayed here and we were able to grab a croissant before the dining room fully opened as we had an early flight. This year asked the dining room staff if we could grab a roll and was told no and to get out of the dining room even though it was only 5 minutes before official opening. Thought this was a little disappointing. Breakfast not bad and quite a nice choice and fresh. Sometimes found the hallways a little noisy with kids etc but acceptable. Overall this is a good hotel it is a little walk away from the bars but not a problem for us. Easy walk to Cala bona and a short bus ride to sa coma. We had a better room this time round, still very clean, however the toilet was a little wobbly!! We would return here again as loads of sun loungers, pool huge and clean but think we will try another part of the island next year."

"We loooovee staying here. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (the churros being my favorite). It was sooo close to Cala Marsal and it is perfect. The staff was helpful and kind. Our room was lovely and spacious. We did have a plumbing issue, the water coming out of the shower kept changing from super cold to burning hot so that was unfortunate. There was some sewage smell coming out of the bathroom but maintenance came to fix it. Overall though, wonderful place!"

"Location is excellent, room very clean, all staff very professional if we needed anything it was sorted straight away , would be nice if there was parking but we managed to get street parking. "Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."
