"Villa Noemi blew our minds. After staying in apartments in the rest of Italy, Villa Noemi was a bresh of much needed fresh air. Antonino and Noemi were fantastic hosts and were prompt in there replies to all of our questions. We had a user issue with the heating system and getting a toilette to flush, but Antonino showed up twice within 5 minutes to take care of the issue. The villa has an amazing covered veranda from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, the bay and Castellammare del Golfo. It includes an outdoor cooking setup, which we didnt get to use but was fun to dream about. The property also includes a small orchard with mandarins, oranges, lemons and grapefruit. There is nothing better at breakfast time walking out the veranda door and taking a 1 minute stroll to pick your breakfast fresh off a tree. Truly a delight!! There are also olive trees, but I hate olives and I steered away from them. Villa Noemi was the perfect base of operations for my family of 7. We travelled to San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, Erice, Palermo and Salinunte. We eagerly and happily stay stay here again and again and again!"

"The apartment was spotless! Amazing location, close to everything. You can walk to most anywhere you need to go. There’s a pretty balcony to sit on while you have your morning coffee. All around a really nice spot. The host lives upstairs which is key if you’re a solo traveler - it makes the place feel even more safe. "

"We spent a week in Philippe's beautiful villa - the views are exceptional, location is great and Philippe is the best host! Already looking forward to another stay. It was the perfect place for our family (we travelled with an infant and toddler). Can't recommend enough!"

"The pool is definitely the highlight for this property. Large pool with loungers and ability to access shade was great for relaxation. Showers and bathrooms beside the pool area were appreciated. Rooms were clean but in need of a refresh. Kitchen had a good amount of supplies but needed a microwave and better lighting when cooking or working at the counter. Kitchen lacked a table, due to the built-in murphy beds, so we would eat meals outside. Bedroom was good and king bed was comfortable. Both kitchen and bedroom had absolutely excellent air conditioning which was greatly appreciated as we were there in August. Also, the outside shutters were incredible, keeping out both heat and light. Both rooms could use some new lighting as tended to be dim at night. Deck was very nice and we spent every evening there. "

Owners are very friendly and brought us treats throughout the holiday. We would love to return. Castellamare Del Golfo is a beautiful area. 10 minutes walk to centre and 20 mins walk to beach."
