"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"Das Haus ist ungepflegt und nicht sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist alt und teilweise defekt. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und kühlt die Schlafzimmer nicht. In den oberen Zimmern gibt es keine Gazefenster. Es sind sehr viele Insekten im Haus (Mücken, Spinnen, Ameisen). Die Lage ist traumhaft, sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Pool wunderschön."

"We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient.
