Wonderful bed and breakfast to stay during weekend getaways. I was a tourist from the USA and the property owners were polite, attentive and courteous. The room was spacious with windows overlooking the lake. I would highly recommend this location for you future stays at the Lake District!

Really enjoyed our stay at this modernized Victorian boutique hotel. Staff and owners were a major factor in making the stay so memorable. The updated property is immaculate, and has an excellent location in Keswick. Highly recommended as long as you don’t mind climbing stairs.

This is a beautiful and cozy house, aged but well maintained. The host is really kind and nice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast is fantastic. Kids love to play with the dog. Everything is wonderful, highly recommended.

The room was gorgeous and Sue is the kindest person. Lots of attention to detail and the little things that make your stay special. One issue was low water pressure in the shower due to a temperamental electric device that runs the shower head.

My wife and I had a great stay at this property for a 4-day visit to the Lake District and could not have been happier. It's located on a quiet street of homes and guest houses, but is a short walk to the center of Keswick as well as my new favorite movie theater, the Alhambra Cinema, and our now-beloved local, the Dog & Gun Pub. It was easy to find and had parking available for everyone it seemed. The location was good and it was easy to walk to downtown Keswick on the footpath. The breakfast was delicious and a good amount of food. Would recommend.

This was a gorgeous hotel in a great location. We were able to park our car very easily and walk into town for dinner each night. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. We had a great 3 night stay here.

This property was a find! I was concerned driving there as it was located in the middle of nowhere and thank God for Google maps else I don't know how I would find it. But what a delight! I enjoyed my stay at Norcroft Guest House. The staff members are kind. I was able to check-in early and was so grateful for that. I was offered a slice of lemon cake on arrival (delicious!) and offered fruit to take on my last morning when I wasn't going to be there for breakfast.
