"The location is great. The road is a tad noisy when outside but cannot hear it inside the cottage. The cottage has all essentials for 2 people. The bathroom can be quite akward even for a slim person. The shelf in the bathroom needs fixing and the doors of the shower don't close properly."

"This is a great apartment - it has a great location within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Keswick super handy access to Booths Supermarket and great views to the North looking at Skidaw and its approaches. Inside it is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay - all kitchen and laundry is as expected and bed linen plus bath and hand towels were provided for each guest. Will absolutely stay again."

"Lovely comfortable cottage with a fabulous view from the lounge balcony with afternoon and evening sun. No personal touch or welcome gift. Front yard full of weeds and plants blocking light into two snug windows. Would have been nice to use that space for a seat outside in the morning sunshine as the kitchen is perfectly placed through the front door. Locals lovely. Lots of pubs and shops. Great places to explore in the area."

"New kitchen, nice living room, small bathroom and double room. A good number of DVDs. We found ourself comfortable in the cottage, if you plan to stay in 3 or more people you may want an additional bathroom. Internet connection good enough. We would stay again"

"In dire need of attention. The entrance was disgraceful. We had to almost climb over the weeds growing out of the gaps making it extremely difficult to walk through, especially when on crutches. Whilst clean on the surface, there were hanging cobwebs, rotten windows which couldn't be opened and dirt along all the skirting boards, pillows that should have been put in the skip as they were so lumpy and the mattress cover was barely in one piece. On the plus side, if the whole place was to be...

"We all enjoyed staying in the property. It had plenty room and did not feel over crowded with 8 of us staying there. The water pressure for the showers was very good. Plenty plates/cutlery etc in the kitchen. Small point was that the oven took a very long time to cook anything but otherwise all good. We would come back."
