"Pinecroft is a lovely cottage with everything needed for a great week away. The location is ideal for not only Keswick with all it’s amenities but for easy travel to both the Central and Eastern Lakes however there are so many lovely walks direct from the cottage there is really no need to move the car. We found the lounge a great place to relax after a long day on the fells and together with the comfy beds aided a good night’s sleep ready for the next day’s adventure. The garden is lovely...

"Lord's Seat was a great place for our family of 5 during our week in the Lakes. Very clean and comfy flat. Great beds and powerful/hot showers. Well stocked kitchen. Hosts were very easy to contact and responded quickly. Superb location for all of our excursions. I would not hesitate to go back here!"

The layout is great and our toddler enjoyed playing in the large lounge and dining area where we could keep an eye on her through the glass windows in the downstairs doors. We appreciated the books for babies and young children and lake district guides for adults. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. "The property is large and easily sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. It’s centrally located and it’s very easy to park on the drive and in the street; which is a bonus in Keswick. The garden area is fully enclosed and has a lovely patio table and chairs. It is well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."
