"Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf (Santa Maria de Geraz de Lima) zwischen Viana do Castelo und Ponte de Lima. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. In fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich auch ein Café mit frischen Backwaren. Der Dorfmetzger ist ca. 800m entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, die auf zwei Etagen liegen.
