"L'arrivĂ©e avec la boite Ă  clefs est pratique. le premier jour pas de WIFI et douche bouchĂ©e: CHS met longtemps avant de rĂ©pondre me disant que je dois rester moins longtemps sous la douche.... c'est une blague? la douche est complĂštement bouchĂ©e. Quelqu'un se dĂ©placera finalement le lendemain en fin de journĂ©e pour dĂ©boucher la douche, les WC fuient, la chambre en bas (les fenĂȘtres sont trĂšs petites), ça sent le renfermĂ©. Ma fille a dĂ» aller dormir dans la salle Ă  manger. La cuisine: attention...

"Buffet food was very good and using high quality ingredients. We loved the pools although something should be done about people reserving their spots, as after breakfast it was impossible to find a spot in the shade. A bit disappointed with the public toilets near the pool where there were no locks, flushes weren't working, taps were pulled out - just not a great look for a nice resort like this. We got a room in a family area (with kids beds) despite being a couple with no kids, and found that the vents in the room were connected to another room as well as to the outside so we could hear cars as if they were in our room. I'm sure this is isolated and we survived with earplugs. Overall, good relaxing holiday :)"
