"Great hotel & location, rooms are everything you need & cleaned daily, meal times there is always something to suit with lots of choice & well made & presented, kids disco & entertainment show is very good, all staff are friendly & helpful & always have a smile, pool areas are great as are the parks & there's lots to keep kids happy, its very much a kids hotel so can be noisy, granddaughter loved it & found lots of friends, we loved it too & would be back without hesitation, its a great family holiday hotel. "Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable. "

"Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area. Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered. Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully booked, but I was very impressed with how they handled it & with the wonderful staff in general. I would not hesitate to use this lovely hotel again."

"We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. And there we find it good value. We again found it clean enough, bedding and towels changed regularly and with plenty to eat, Large rooms with private balconies nearly all with Sea/Pool views. We had a few maintenance issues, all of which were resolved quickly with the longest taking 48 hours. Food included roast joints, many species of fish, stroganoff, lots of salads, fruit etc. Being mid Atlantic, we would particularly encourage people to try all the varieties of fish even if you have never heard of them. Cost a fortune in UK. Admittedly they are not so good at chips. The staff are friendly and helpful, almost family. Sometimes though they are very busy, there can be 800 guests all wanting breakfast at the same time. They cater to guests from all over Europe so not all the staff are English fluent. Pick quieter times and double check they do understand your English. We tend to use a lot of cliches, idioms and sometimes say “can you” when we mean “will you”. Noise pretty much goes by 11.30pm although the Ents team will get louder as the older winter crowd are replaced by the summer families. Yes, the Spa needs some work but closing it would be a big impact on the guests for that month. Unlike mainland hotels, this hotel is nearly full all year round. And a shout out to Ellis"

"Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a hire car and location was great to explore every corner of the island. Staff deserve special credit for being very kind, friendly and helpful. Keep the prices reasonable and we will definitely return to Los Zocos."
