"This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the staff were polite and friendly. Very helpful. Everything was accessible and easy to get around. But bear in mind i don't know if it’s our brain but the light system was very confusing to us!! Haha! We stayed in the suite and the suite absolutely beautiful, But was it not swept or mopped, so kept slippers on. We did ask for the room to be cleaned but they only swept not mopped! They know how to clean rooms as the last night we stayed the room was swept and mopped and it was AMAZING after that! "

"Great hotel & location, rooms are everything you need & cleaned daily, meal times there is always something to suit with lots of choice & well made & presented, kids disco & entertainment show is very good, all staff are friendly & helpful & always have a smile, pool areas are great as are the parks & there's lots to keep kids happy, its very much a kids hotel so can be noisy, granddaughter loved it & found lots of friends, we loved it too & would be back without hesitation, its a great family holiday hotel. "

"Prosecco on arrival. Beautiful room (terrible view but we weren’t in the room much). Huge choice at breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool (get up early to secure a sun lounger). Great cocktails, everything very reasonably priced. Superb location minutes from beach, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. First adults only experience, very quiet chilled vibes."

"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable. "

"Having stayed I Costa Teguise before it was always a dream to stay in the "

"Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area. Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered. Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully booked, but I was very impressed with how they handled it & with the wonderful staff in general. I would not hesitate to use this lovely hotel again."
