Wasn’t the cleanest, hair on bathroom floor, bathroom vent filthy with dust, carpet wasn’t vacuumed well. Old used decor pillows that didn’t appear washed, very minimal towels and no face clothes, stains on the couch. Cleanliness is a big thing when renting out space especially bathrooms. No AC and was very hot in both bedrooms, could use one more bedroom fan. Family friendly, close to amenities and Mithil was great at communication.
