This is a wonderful spot for those looking to be in a family community with nearby parks and green spaces.
Livingston has quick access to Stoney Trail, Deerfoot Trail and is less than 15 minutes away from the Calgary Airport.
Livingston’s planning and design embody a truly healthy community. Spaces are meant for connecting with neighbours. Run, bike, walk or ski using the network of pathways throughout the community and pedestrian-friendly streets.
With 250 acres of open space, parks and prairies, there is plenty of room for fun and unique outdoor amenities.
This home offers three levels of space for your enjoyment;

Level Two - Three bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed - Two full bathrooms, one is an ensuite - Laundry room
Basement - Bachelor style suite with a queen sized bed, living, dining and kitchen - Full bathroom - Washer and dryer
Note that this home has exterior cameras (outside the home- facing outwards). Indoors there is a security system, sprinkler system and a noise and motion detector (does not record video or audio, just gives decibel levels for the space).
