The entire process was amazing, I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home. Being able to try their food was a cultural explosion. I felt as though I could stay forever.

Check in was good, everyone I met in passing was very polite to me. The 10pm-7am quiet rule was fairly loose. One night someone rang the doorbell in rapid succession several times past 11pm, and there were just other noises that sometimes took place well past 10pm. The room/bathroom was as described, without access to a kitchen or laundry I think it was a little steep in price. Fridge and microwave were convenient to have in the room, finding parking was easy and it is located in a good spot.

This stay was a bit of an odd setup. The bedroom and 'private?' washroom is located on the main floor as soon as you walk in. The family owning the house was active in the other part of the house, with just a shower curtain separating their living space from the rented area beside the front door. The bathroom was very dirty (especially the bathtub, walls, floors, and sink. In the bedroom, all that was available on the bed was a fitted sheet, a pillow and a heavy blanket. The room wasn't at all as pictured. I arrived late (past 830pm) and due to the thin walls, I could hear the family yelling, doing dishes and a loud tv well into the hours of 11pm. I wouldn't recommend this stay.
