The Space:

The Artisan is a walkout basement suite with its own private entry through the backyard - no shared hallways, no shared spaces. The bedroom has a queen bed and a double futon, sleeping up to 4 guests. The suite is full of antiques and personal touches that give it real character - this is not a sterile, cookie-cutter rental. The bathroom has a large shower (no bathtub). There is no full kitchen - the suite has a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, and coffee machine with coffee provided.

Other Things to Note:

This is a walkout basement suite - the host's living space is upstairs. The suite has its own fully private entry and you will not share any spaces with the host.

◆ There is no full kitchen - the suite has a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, and coffee machine. No washer or dryer on-site.

◆ There is 1 cement step/block to enter the suite from the patio area.

​

◆ The suite is full of antiques and personal touches - this is a character home, not a minimalist rental.

◆ The host has cats upstairs. If your dog is not good with cats, this may not be the right fit. Dogs are welcome but must be requested prior to booking and must be crated when left alone.

◆ Smoke-free and party-free to keep the space comfortable for all guests.

◆ This property may have noise monitoring devices. These devices do not record voices - they track decibel levels only to ensure a comfortable stay for all neighbors. This property may have exterior security cameras at or near all entrances. Cameras are exterior only and are for the safety and security of all guests.

◆ All guests are required to complete identity verification through our third-party screening partner, Truvi, prior to check-in. Bookings are subject to cancellation if verification is not completed.

◆ A security deposit or damage protection is required for all stays. Guests may choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver for $49.
