12 minutes to South Health Campus, 30 minutes from the airport.

Located in a well designed newer neighborhood, This home offers off street parking for 2 vehicles, and has quick connection to highway 2A (Macleod Trail) and Highway 201.



Great green spaces within walking distance including the "Walden Ponds" neighborhood greenspace and walking pathway system.

Upper suite may be also hosting other guests groups or your combined large group depending on how you book



Note:

- All bookings are subject to a 3rd party I.D. verification process and Damage Waiver (with fee) or Damage Deposit (with fee) , failure to be approved by the I.D. process may void your booking.

- The use of glitter for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. Confetti is allowed only if it is fully cleaned up by guests. A cleaning fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind.



Interaction with Guests:

Our team is available through the Airbnb platform to assist clients when necessary. All daytime and non critical communication will be responded to within minutes.



Emergency phone contact numbers are provided to all guests for urgent items or items outside of normal hours.
