AC unit was disabled because it was "winter" in early April. The bed and sheets were fine and comfortable. However, the bathtub was awful - the drain didnt work and it was rusty; there was hair on the shower wall, and the sink also didnt drain properly. There doesn't appear to be any real pride of ownership.
