Relax with family and friends in this close to airport, cross iron mills mall, and stoney trail location. This is a private entry suite. Accessible to whole city in 20 mins drive time. Have work desk and TV with a smart box and thousands of channels for all to surf. Free wifi and wetbar and dining space.Use this space as your sanctuary. Parks and pond side track just outside in the street. A peaceful new community.

The private space of 2 bedrooms' basement suite is close to all amenities and stoney trail. Right in the center of the Calgary. Nearby cities are Airdrie, Banff ,Canmore, and Dinosaur city Drumheller.

Only access the right side of the house from the side entrance.
Other things to note
Please note that this is a basement suit. A routine domestic activity upstairs might be there during the whole day and in non quite hours. A pin drop silence is never possible even in a hotel room.

Great Budget Friendly Basement

We stayed for 3 nights. Basement area is huge for us. 3 adults and an infant. All the said amenities were in the place. Only downside is that there only a street parking.

This is a very cute little basement suite! We forgot shampoo and thankfully there was some available to us, and there was also coffee available. My son loved the streaming options, we had an Adam Sandler movie night 😊 Priced very good too! Would definitely rent again!!
