"It was a converted villa into apartments. This was on GF with 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Large living & dining room with large TV. Refurbished to high standard circa 15 years ago. Due to the property requiring maintenance , owners were letting let it at a substantially reduced price, which made it extremely attractive. Location is superb; walking distance into town yet neverthe less in a quiet residential area with ample parking. Being on ground floor it had sole rights to a beautiful garden and swimming pool completel with privacy. Spacious kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a seperate WC. All modern looking. Had an amazing time"
