"My husband, coworkers, and I stayed at this lovely place while we were at the Cannes Film Festival for work. It was so nice to leave the madness on the Croisette and have a peaceful dinner on the terrasse. Barbara and her husband were quick to respond, even bringing us brand-new pots and pans when we mentioned that the ones in the villa were a little small for our group. We will for sure stay there again!"

"Beautiful place very nicely appointed"

"The accommodation including the pool was excellent. The kitchen had every utensil imaginable and there were plenty of room for our group to stretch out. Our hosts, Jean-Pierre and Olivier, were responsive to our every need."

"Had a fantastic weeks stay. The villa is very big and comfortable with full air-con throughout. However by far the best aspect is the amazing large pool area and views over the bay. Had constant communication with the owner who was very helpful. Would highly recommend this villa, about an 8 minute Uber into Cannes town or a 40min walk."

"Excellent holiday in La Bocca, Cannes. Villa was ideal for our group of 5 plus small dog. We didn’t use the single bed with jacuzzi room bit other bedrooms were comfortable with good shower pressure and everything we needed Very safe area I walked the dog every morning at 6.30/7am. Bakery is easy walking distance, although like most of Cannes, a bit of a hill walking back Would book again"

"What can i say? I've been to Cannes a few times but our stay this time was the best I've ever experienced. Firstly the house is immaculate and Leo and his wife have really thought about everything for the comfort of their guests. Clear communication from Leo leading up to the stay with a good process for checking in/out. Very thoughtful hosts (even dropped off a toaster and some umbrellas for us during our time there!) and lovely place. Will definitely be back!"
