"Appartement de propriétaire inclus dans un ensemble "Pierres et Vacances" sans en être avertie. Très bruyant, piscines impraticables au vu du nombre de personnes. Appartement de 40m2, oui mais avec terrasse comprise. Coin de nuit enfants sans porte. Front de mer, oui mais plage inaccessible devant la propriété, nécessité d'aller plus loin. En revanche l'équipement de l'appartement est convenable (batterie de cuisine à revoir malgré tout) et propre."

It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"La Bocca Resid is a good place to stay close to Cannes. Train station was nearby, bus stop outside, cheap dining options, local market, pastry shop. I felt safe in the area. It was a small bus ride from Midi beach."

"From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!"

I appreciate that it was a low cost accommodation, i don't have a problem with basic but i do have an issue staying somewhere that feels unsafe! The restaurant & pool area were derelict and don't look like they have been in use for quite some time, there was a burnt out apartment and posters of people having sex pasted on the doors of the restaurant.
