"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Friendly receptionist lady during check in. Simple room but had a nice sleep. The hotel is surrounded by a supermarket and some other shops. McDonald’s is right next to hotel. "

"From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!"

"La Bocca Resid is a good place to stay close to Cannes. Train station was nearby, bus stop outside, cheap dining options, local market, pastry shop. I felt safe in the area. It was a small bus ride from Midi beach."

"This is the worst experience i have ever had travelling. I appreciate that it was a low cost accommodation, i don't have a problem with basic but i do have an issue staying somewhere that feels unsafe! The restaurant & pool area were derelict and don't look like they have been in use for quite some time, there was a burnt out apartment and posters of people having sex pasted on the doors of the restaurant.
