"The staff make this place! Central location, excellent breakfast, included in price, - great value, can customize al a carte. We did not eat lunch or dinner at this hotel. Great trad music at night in the bar. Unfortunately the elevators where out of service during our stay and we were on the 3rd floor, staff brought our bags up to our room, we’re used to steps, stairs but did notice other guests on the struggle bus going up 3 flights. Definitely recommend, didn’t spend much time at hotel, left in morning and returned late evening, enjoyed the fans in the room, basic needs taken care of. 10-15 minute walk from train station. "

"Awesome stay right in the heart of Kilkenny! Walkable to everything you want to see! Front desk staff were super helpful with dinner and pub recommendations! Room nice and big. Plenty of room to stretch out! Parking is offsite about a block away but easily accessible. Great breakfast included (cook to order). Delicious and huge portions! Slept like a baby —bed was so comfortable! The only downside is the tub/shower is very high to step over into the tub. We were fine but if elderly or frail it would be a challenge. "
