"Bed was great and room was clean. thermostat was difficult to figure out unfortunately. Staff was fantastic in all departments we dealt with. Amenities were well taken care of just not great hours of availability. Pool closes at 5pm?? (Understandably early due to it being on the roof) but feel it could be pushed an extra hour or two to allow more usage. Jacuzzi/sauna only available 11-4 and has to be booked at front desk prior with maximum 30min to use. (Times were booked up but when we checked the space no one was even there??) Hotel was in a safe/nice area within Lima. Just take into account traffic can be very busy most of the day which makes getting to the main square of miraflores or the Malecon take 25-45 minutes. Uber to airport took almost an hour.. not 15-20min which was explained online/in person. "

"Excellent service with my senior parents, great communication, i asked many questions and i got quick answers, i was worried about the sleepovers pods, about their privacy, it was very secured, private, with their own card key , I really appreciate it, they felt very confortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my parents. They stayed because they arrived to the airport at 6am and their check in the hotel was at 2pm. They were able to recharge after their long delayed flight. Very recommended. Thank you! "

"Nos hospedamos en el Innside Meliá Hotel y desde que llegamos quedamos encantados. La habitación tiene un diseño moderno y muy acogedor, y la cama fue increíblemente cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad. Uno de nuestros lugares favoritos del hotel fue el rooftop. Terminamos visitándolo todas las noches; el ambiente, la vista y las opciones para disfrutar un buen momento lo convirtieron en nuestro spot ideal durante la estadía. El staff fue siempre amable y atento. Queremos destacar especialmente a Sofía Huamán del equipo de servicio al cliente, quien nos trató de maravilla. Sus recomendaciones fueron acertadas y marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia. La ubicación también es excelente, rodeada de lugares interesantes para comer, tomar algo o simplemente caminar y disfrutar del área.
