"Check in is at a different location. GPS brought us the wrong direction to our actual apartment. Apartment itself was in a great location. Clean with everything you need. Only one roll of toilet paper and limited cooking utensils. Biggest complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up taking the mattress from the couch and roll away bed and putting them on top of the actual bed. "

"Stayed at topacio 2 last year and was very happy with the apartment so booked topacio again. Was put in topacio 4 in what was supposed to be a superior apartment but found it very lacking. There was no kettle or hairdryer. Very limited kitchen equipment. Only 1 large glass. 3 cups etc. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for a weeks stay. The apartment was clean but could do with some TLC. TV had very limited channels. Nothing in English. Workmen were renovating downstairs apartment so lots of...
