"Hosts were very communicative with check in as we arrived later than the office hours. The house boat is simple - nothing fancy. We did have a few ants. But otherwise, all was ok. "

We were on site for a hour before we were given the remedy to the “door sticking” problem - which we were unaware was even a problem - and could access the property (after being told that we were in a different room on the property and being given the access code to that room also). "

"Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Amazing views from every room. The deck sitting areas were screen in and very comfortable. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean and seeing the Key Deer pass by. The deer brought so much joy to our grandchildren!
