"The room was ok, the lamps were broken but other than that it was decent. The diner in the parking lot was surprisingly really good! I was craving a late night milkshake and was able to get one since they are open 24/7. The staff was really nice too. "

"Loved the quiet and peaceful location. It was about 25 minutes from Kyle Field. The room was nice and cozy with a comfortable bed. There was a pullout cot that was perfect for our teenager. Keith was a great host. We appreciate the wonderful breakfast!"

"This bunkhouse was perfect for our family of 5 to spread out. The master bedroom is huge and extremely comfortable. We loved that most of the house was carpeted…perfect for our little crawler to explore. The little kitchenette area with the table and couch was a great little space for us to prep breakfast and sandwiches for the day. The only downside is that the only sink is in the master bedroom, so we had to bring dishes there to be washed. I suggest bringing plasticwear and paper plates/bowls to avoid this. The owner was incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming! She even left a dozen eggs from their chickens for us to take home with us. We highly recommend for a clean, spacious, and comfortable stay in the Franklin area! "
