"Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden and charming scenery. It also has a beautiful pool. The family staff are very attentive, nice and super friendly. When we arrived to our lovely room we immediately got a refreshing smoothie, which was much appreciated after a lot of travelling. Our room had a nice garden view and was clean. "The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value."

Very relaxing surroundings overlooking the herb fields of Tra Que Vegetable village, irrigatio lakes and the river.
It was quite remote but an enjoyable walk to Hoi An taking in all the sights and sounds with a cheap quick taxi ride home away from all the hussle an bussle and a 15 min walk to the beach.
Bike are available if you do not want to walk but I think walking is...
"We loved Charming Homestay in Hoi An. The owner and hostess Nhi, is a true gift to travelers. Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. She went out of her way to help us get the most out of our few days there, recommending various activities, restaurants, even a fantastic cirque du soleil inspired show with music, dance and acrobatics which was great!

"Comfortable bed in a clean functional room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing at all to fault for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was large enough to swim laps, perfect depth for adults and children. "
