The staff were all very helpful and pleasant apart from the woman on reception when we checked out - she was abrupt to the point of rudeness."

"Room look untidy, there was a massive rip in the carpet, dirty clothes and underwear had been left in one of the drawers from a previous guest, stains on the walls. Altogether a horrible room. Never going back to a Ramada. "
