Welcome to Ha Ha Hideaway! Tucked among the trees with lake views, this home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 guests. The home blends moody modern design with the warmth of a classic lodge. Every detail from the velvet textures and ambient lighting creates a high-end yet inviting atmosphere. Outside enjoy a soak in the private hot tub while overlooking the lake.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features a statement range hood, warm wood cabinetry, and a large island with seating for six. Bright windows bring in natural light while the open layout keeps everyone connected. There is a dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig duo.
Living Room
The upstairs living area is a warm, inviting space with a couch, recliner, and accent chair. Sliding glass doors open fully to blend the indoors with the surrounding trees and views.
There is a half bath located off the living area.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom one is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, nightstand, and an oversized roll-in shower and a modern vanity within the space for convenience and accessibility.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom two is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, nightstand, and large windows with forest views. This unique space includes an open-concept bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink located inside the bedroom.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is a bright, airy space with vaulted ceilings and large windows. Furnished with three twin beds, nightstands, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a flat screen TV.
Bathroom 4
The fourth bedroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs Living Area
A spacious second living area designed for gathering and relaxation. It features a plush sectional, large flat screen TV, a table with seating for four, perfect for game nights, and a garage-style glass door that opens the area to the outdoors.
Outside
Outside on the upper balcony you will find a bar height table with seating for four, a conversation set, and a gas grill. Down on the lower balcony there is plenty of seating, a table with seating for four and a cozy hot tub private hot tub.
Neighborhood Description
This home is located in a prime location in Camdenton, just 2 miles to Ha Ha Tonka State Park and only miles from the “whistle” on the big Niangua where you can put in and float back to the property. Enjoy that secluded feeling of being in nature while only being a 30-minute drive to Osage Beach and the famous Bagnell Dam Strip.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
