"Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. "Cozy and spacious Mountain View house for our stay. We had such a great time there. The house was clean and had all essentials we needed for the duration of our stay. The shower water pressure was excellent, and location is within 10-min driven to either sugarbush or mad river glen ski resorts. Perfect for the group winter ski trips. One minor thing that bothered those of us was that we heard water dropping sound throughout the nights on both first and second floors. The sound was noticable somewhat and woke up light sleepers. Other than the dripping sound, we really enjoyed our stay at the house overall. "

"The Old Stagecoach Inn is not an ultra modern hotel and not trying to be. Expect nicely appointed old VT charm, a nice central gathering area with a wood burning fire and comfy chairs + games and puzzles. This is for sure - the breakfasts are really truly great. In the evening, walking access to Waterbury restaurants is also a big win. "
