"The house was extremely clean and presented as described in the online advertisement. The house was equipped with all of the appliances and the equipment necessary for a family to enjoy themselves, including all of the kitchen equipment, outdoor deck, barbecue grill, and hot tub. The house was described this requiring a four-wheel-drive vehicle to get into in the winter. I would say that you would really need a heavy duty four-wheel-drive vehicle. The road is very steep and a dirt road if there was more than 4 inches of snow you would need a real four-wheel-drive. "

"Kayla and Nicholas were AMAZING! Having fabulous hosts makes every trip even better.We had to come to town last minute, just for the night, and their place was perfect. As other reviewers have noted, it's in a VERY ideal location--15 to 30 minutes from anything you'd want to explore: small towns, bigger towns, parks, hiking, it's truly a magical area.The field behind the house was perfect for an early morning romp with our dog. The views are great and it has everything you would need in a place to stay. And popcorn and snacks! So many snacks! They also own and run a fantastic coffee shop about 15 minutes away in Waitsfield--so we stopped by to say hello and enjoy a breakfast sandwich.It is a very cozy space above the garage. They live in the house, which is attached, and has a great history. It was a perfect place for two adults and a dog who had a relaxing night's sleep and loved staying with a welcoming couple who are also local business owners who love where they live!"
