"We paid for our stay on Hotels.com and the price included all taxes and fees. We booked this room for our daughter and 1 year old granddaughter because they had mold in their home. When they got to the hotel the hotel charged them and extra $20 a night which is not supposed to happen. On top of that their weeee not enough towels in the room and every time she asked for more towels the staff acted like it was a chore to give them extra towels. I highly recommend people look else where for a place to stay!!!!"

Housekeeping was always happy to get us extra of anything we needed. The food is delicious, the lobby is relaxing, and the location is perfectly placed in the center of town, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Middlebury College."
