"Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car. The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. "

"The apartment only had one roll of toilet paper for a four day stay. The host brought more after a day or so. The internet code was not provided at the apartment so we had to contact the host for that. It was a self check-in so we had to call for instructions on how to work the stove. Heat is controlled by the manager so that was a hassle. It was a nice apartment, it just could have been better supplied,"

"Pros: The apartment was super clean and well equipped. David who wa our contact was very friendly and responded quickly. The restaurant serves super tasty and reasonably priced food. Cons: The bed! The mattress is VERY firm making it uncomfortable to sleep on."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel. Das könnte im Sommer aber besser sein.Die Berge sind Schuld. Zum Lüften kann man die Fenster nur ankippen. Wen das nicht stört wird eine schöne Zeit in den Bergen haben."
