"This was an amazing stay recommended by a friend and we really loved this place. The only immediate issues were the A/C broke and the TV was hard to setup, and the toilet seat was cracked and broke when I sat on it. But they fixed all that on day 1 and we had an amazing time - staff was amazing, grounds, parking, quiet, romantic, everything. The restaurant was amazing wine cellar. The food a little exotic so if you want more basic - then head over to Cortona with a car 15 min drive up the hill. Best part of trip was having a car. The people amazing, Daniel, Enrico, and cant remember everyone - everyone was amazing."

"We found the house to be very walkable to town, the train station, groceries and the lake. The home was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of birds and beautiful grounds around the home. The home was very clean and we were able to make full use of the kitchen for preparing breakfast and meals. It was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Communication with the hostess was quite good, though we found the checkout communication to be a bit unclear. The assistant checked us out but didn’t communicate what she expected. She simply waited for us to leave. Overall, very pleasant day and interesting town. Plenty of shops and gelato and espresso available. We even took rented bikes around the lake."

"Nice hotel, rooms are a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice Excellent pool area and ample seating/ sun loungers. Layout of hotel can be a little confusing at first, finding your way down stairs to dinning area but additional signage was put up indicating directions. Hotel appears to do a lot of its business accommodating large coach parties, certainly during our stay so lots of people at breakfast at same time before they go off on trips."

"We had a great relaxing week in Villa Flaminio, lovely spacious grounds and no other properties close by, so great privacy. The pool was amazing and was great to cool off on those hot sticky days. Tuoro is in a great location and we ventured to Perugia, Cortona and Castigleone del Lago all within 30 minutes by car. Siena was about an 1hr away and we went to Florence by train - approx 90 minutes from Cortona. Town centre is about 15 minute walk and safe. Great bar in town - Alessandro Checconi Bistro which we highly recommend. Overall, a great visit, definitely recommend staying here. Yvette is a great host and provided some welcome basics. Paolo - great communication throughout the whole process."

"Nous avons été accueilli par nos hôtes comme si nous étions des amis. Cet accueil était très chaleureux. Nous avons reçu, en cadeau, des produits de leur fabrication. Le cottage est très propre et super bien équipé. L' espace extérieur est clôturé et nos deux chiens ont pu en profiter. L' endroit est bien situé pour visiter Sienne, Perouse, Arezzo , Torontola et la belle ville de Florence où vous pourrez vous y rendre en train , la gare se trouvant à proximité. Le lac situé à une dizaine de kilomètres est également un lieu intéressant à découvrir. Nous remercions Martine et Estelle d'avoir rendu notre séjour très agréable."
