"We could not fault this place one bit. The staff were friendly, breakfast was great and location was spot on. We were travelling by car and had the use of the garage to park the car. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"A very nice hotel with all the basics. Comfortable beds and the bathrooms are updated and modern.
Parking needs to be directlyin frontifthe hotel due to car thefts, but we did not feel unsafe even when returning from a wedding at 2am. Proximity to train station makes this hotel very convenient"

"This is a small town in Italy away from everything. 4 hours and 2 trains from Rome. This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. They have no fast food chains in this town of about 12,000 but it is a slice of Italy that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years. The accommodations were very good but there is no staff onsite. Assistance if needed is by phone. Small shops and restaurants are only blocks away. We...

Loved everything about this charming hotel. The location couldn't be better. It's walking distance to everything in San Severo, including the train station, historic area, great restaurants, the park. Breakfast is served in a wonderful cafe (Regina's) across the street where you can sit outside and watch the street action. It is a new property and is kept spotless. I arrived very late at night and the owner's daughter picked me up at the train station and brought me to the hotel! I've never...

upscale, top quality boutique hotel and a great base for exploring this part of Puglia. Easy 10-15 minute walk to town (lighted up at night so no worries even alone).

This was absolutely an amazing place, so beautiful. It was the nicest place we have stayed so far on our driving trip around southern Italy. We did have a little problem finding it even with the instructions Nicola sent us. Apparently other visitors did to. But once we got there it was well worth it. It had really wonderful decor and lighting. And a really big bathroom.
We had dinner at there restaurant and it was fabulous. I had zucchini that was to die for. We can't say enough good...

We arrived late, and the staff responded to our call and guided us on where to go. The location seemed unsafe because there are empty buildings along the way, but people were friendly. The bathroom and toilets are immaculate. The breakfast is at a different place, but it was great.

We were very well taken care of on our trip here. A breakfast, then when we were ready they took us to the pilgrimage site, directed us where we needed to go,answered all of our questions, had suggestions,
A wonderful dinner as well in the hotel. Thank you for such a nice trip! We felt like we were family

The room was clean. We arrived early and the cleaning staff was still cleaning our room. The front desk staff was very accommodating, he arranged for a trip to the St. Michael's place. Also safekeep our luggage on check out day while we went to attend mass at the Bassilica of Padre Pio.

If your looking for a place close to the train station this is great. A little bit of a trek up hill to get to the city center where everything is. No breakfast unless you think packaged biscuits and bread breakfast, not happy about that.

We had a wonderful overnight stay in Foggia at the Palazzo SantāElena! I found it on Expedia and the reviews were positive. Since my name is Elena I regarded it as a āsignā that we were meant to stay there.
We were greeted with smiles and warmth from the moment we walked in the door. All the front desk staff were informative and accommodating. They even recommended restaurants nearby. Our room was lovely and modern. Plenty of hot water and towels. The manager was kind enough to allow me to...
