"The pictures don't do the place justice. This villa is like something out of a Hollywood Rom Com set in an idealistic fictional Tuscan village. Not only is the villa and the views from every window simply stunning, the town of Loro Cuifena is one of the prettiest villages in all of Italy. The ONLY downside is that the drive up the mountain to the villa is not for the feint of heart."

"We were a group of 4 families with toddlers and loved our stay at the villa! Alessandro was an excellent host and very responsive. The views and pool are stunning, and the house is clean and decently equipped. Highly recommended for a group stay in Chianti!"

"Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake."

"This is a stunning property with a stunning view that photos simply cannot do justice to. My only reservation was the very poor directions to find it and some difficulty getting a hot water issue sorted out . The garden is stunningly beautiful and lavender bushes a hive of activity for bees and gorgeous butterflies that did not desturb us in any way even when standing in their midst observing them closely. "Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). De plus, les propriétaires n'ont pas réussi à trouver un professionnel pour résoudre le problème de piscine dès le mardi 16...

"This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels. Kitchen and dining room are downstairs. We cooked several simple meals after going into town to grab groceries. Nearby town is nice. Not a lot of restaurant...

"This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...

"This is a well contained villa with a beautiful garden surrounding the property. As a group of friends we enjoyed all the comforts of the property including the swimming pool. Spent relaxing times in the porch beside the kitchen. The bedrooms are well furnished and clean. The kitchen is well equipped.
