"Friendly staff. The hotel is doing renovations, so that was sore eyes. The hotel room was renovated, but still had some older fixtures that I believe should have been updated as well. You don't get breakfast when you book through Expedia, but the Dennis restaurant is conveniently connected to the hotel. Overall, a good experience."

"We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. "Unfortunately was not able to use the suite and had to book alternate accommodations due to an accessibility issue with members of my party. Booking did not show how sloped the gravel entry way to the suite was and someone within my travel party is awaiting replacement knee surgery and was unable to access the suite. "
