"Really enjoyed staying here, the gazebo was really nice good live music at the weekend. Lake Louise was extremely busy, best way to get there was public bus just outside the hotel need 2 dollars no charge given."

"We loved the hotel. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The balcony was a definite plus, we loved the views from there. We appreciated the free bus pass that we got for our entire stay. We just conveniently left our car in the hotel parking and used public transportation to go to and from our activities. The staff was very helpful and gave us great information about the activities and places to visit. We will stay there again if we visit Banff in the future!"

"I loved the layout and the design of the hotel. I also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to highway 16 and to the Icefields Parkway. Parking was easy. There was a restaurant in the hotel that was able to get me back out of the calorie deficit in which I arrived! However, my shower could have used some extra cleaning. The breakfast buffet could have used some more choices, but I did appreciate that it opened as early as 6:30 am. "
