"We ended our Italy trip here with cocktails at the beachside bar, watching sunset! We had an early flight out of Rome the next morning (driving back from Cinque Terre). We were initially going to just crash at a hotel near the airport, but instead decided to try this hotel on the beach, about 30 min north of FCO. So glad we stayed here! Staff were so friendly. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"Villa Clodia is a beautiful property set in a very quaint vilage with spectacular views across the countryside. We hired it on a self catering basis as a group of friends. We loved our stay there. It's very easy to access (good train links) and Leonardo arranged our collection from the airport. The town of Manziana is very pretty and very close by so you can buy all the provisions you need if you are s/c.I would very much recommend the property and hope to return one day"

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."
