"Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Unfortunate that the lift was not working as we were on the sixth floor but they were actively trying to fix it. The pre-booked parking was no problem upon arrival and we were given complimentary early check-in. A small problem with one of the bedrooms not having been unlocked prior to our arrival but it was quickly resolved. We were unable to get the air-conditioning to work which was unfortunate as it was particularly humid that day, but fans were provided in each bedroom and we were only staying one night so we didn't make a complaint. The picture on the TV was purple and unwatchable but, again, we did not complain as we were only using the accomodation as a base for our visit to the O2. Nice quiet (for London) area and suitable for our family with teenage children stay. Would have preferred some complimentary regular coffee rather than just nespresso."

"A beautiful property in Canary Wharf. Our room was spacious and very clean and all staff were friendly. While it’s not located in the city centre, the transport links are only a short walk away and there are lots of local bars and restaurants. "
