Nightmare trip don't recommend

Would not recommend this place. Arrived to find the lockbox smashed and was unable to enter the property so had to book another hotel for the night. Took calling six times to get in touch with customer service who were zero help. Then had to call repeatedly the next day to get them to arrange another key so I could enter the property for the remainder of my stay. The new lockbox they provided was 20minutes from the property so had to pay for Ubers there and back just to enter. The carpet is stained badly in places, the couch smells noticeably like sweat and the drain fixtures in the bathroom weren’t attached so it was an open hole? Since then I’ve only had automated comms from customer service with no effort to compensate me for the hundreds of dollars out of pocket I was left from booking another hotel and Ubers. All in all the worst accommodation experience I’ve had and I travel constantly. Avoid this place like the plague tbh.
