My first impression was not good as I was just about arriving to the property, there was loud music right beside the main door. As I went inside there was even more loud music as if there was a night club upstairs. The room in general was allright and was able to get good sleep in a comfy bed once the music stopped, although it wouldn't be a place I would comeback to as it was a self check in and no front desk or staff to help out if any problem arised, like when I asked for a normal favor to leave my luggage for a few hours while I attended an event and they wanted to charge me $50 pesos an hour for a service most hotels would offer for free as they had to bring someone over just for that.

Pros: Self check in, large rooms, accurate photos, great location downtown near park, restaurants and bus station. Relatively quiet in the evening and morning. Some furniture near pool. Cons: weak WiFi, unheated pool, old uncomfortable pool furniture, no front desk Chatterjee at a low worse exchange rate to pay online via cars

I stayed there for almost 2 weeks and everyday there was an issue, although all of them were minor, none of them were managed the right way. Customer service is non existent, rooms are extremely humid, the wifi signal is super weak. Is conveniently located and the rooms look good but overall my experience was not good.

Nasty vile management, horrid stay

I never had a email or message about checkin. When I showed up a woman came out and I asked her if she worked there. She said scan the wall code and follow my checkin message. I said I didn’t have a message. She acted like she didn’t work there and spoke perfect English. I kept saying I don’t have a message to follow. I then said I guess I can’t checkin. Suddenly she started to help me only after I said I was leaving and finding another place since I had no message. The first room she gave me the sliding patio door lock was broken off. Unable to secure the room. Her answer was well it’s a balcony no one can get in. Yes they can. It’s a shared balcony the other room can just walk in. So she moved me next door in which the lock really didn’t work. I said I would take another room. A lesser room in which I paid for the balcony room but I needed a room that locked properly. So I took the ground floor room 2 that at least had proper locks. She was totally nasty and rude. She said room 2 was being cleaned and I would get a WhatsApp message when the room was ready. So I walked a half mile carrying luggage only to find out the room wasn’t ready. I said I’m going back to my hotel and I would be notified when the room was ready. The next day. I never spoke to this witch again until checkout. I did in fact contact the owner because she locked me out by changing the gate code without telling me. She was constantly changing the gate code so I was up letting people in locked out.
