The receptionist Jacob was very helpful in navigating the area. The hotel is very clean and the staffs are helpful. Jacob really helped us, as we had to change to city express by mariott. Thanks a lot

No Frills, Nice Breakfast

The rooms were tiny, but the showers were hot and the breakfast was nice. It's a no nonsense kind of a place. The people at the front desk are not very friendly, but it worked. If I go to Cancun again, I would go back to this place. It's not luxury, but it's fine.

They offer the choice of make reservations and pay at hotel. But when I get at hotel they don't honor my reservation. Thanks God one of the counter guys offer me to find another hotel, far from the first one , but, least We have a place to stay.
