Staffs are really amazing! The property is also well maintained and clean. Our stay was really comfortable. My whole tour was hassle free in Mexico.I would like to thank everyone who helped me to take this to happen.Looking forward for next trips.
Very first time travelling to Cancun, Mexico, I did not speak a single word of Spanish but the staff were still very polite and understanding. The room was nice a quiet. It was a culture shock when I researched you shouldn’t drink the water. Im glad I stayed here because it’s very affordable. Thank you everyone at this location I will definitely stay again the next time im in Cancun.
Where do I even begin? The neighborhood was terrifying. This is not a safe area for Gringos, and this should be stipulated on Expedia! The hotel was very poor quality. It smelled like rotten mildew. There was no telephone in the room. The door lock was very flimsy! The noise outside was incredible, as it seems to be on a major road. It is not possible to walk to resources, as it is way too hot and also very unsafe. There was a security camera outside the shower window, which is highly suspicious.
Great staff, right next to a supermarket, and a good deal for the price! My only concern was the surrounding neighborhood, which didn't feel like the safest area.
Take the Red Bus ADO from the airport to the Cancun city for $7 or 120 Mexican pesos. Then an uber or taxi to the hotel in 5 minutes. You could walk buts its about 35 minutes. Hotel has good food areas and restaurant options. People are nice. Good if you need a place in downtown Cancun not the hotel zone.

It’s Basic but the room was cold and I felt safe. Local tacos spots up and down the street. The Portillo is a main st in Cancun, more the local area. I did live in Cancun for 10yrs take my daughter to her dads to live each summer so this is a quick 2-3 day stay. The area is safe. There’s a large grocery store directly across the street, Mega you can buy anything you may need there. At night there are taco/food stands and restaurants all up and down the Portillo either side of the hotel. They have free off street parking. Grab the local Route 2 bus and it’ll take you right to the Zona Hotelera for the public beaches.
No room service not even glasses to drink water.
No blankets available. No fridge or water. There's nothing except the room with beds in it so if you're looking to stay for few days this is not the place. There's a restaurant right infront of the hotel tho and thier food was amazing.
Worst hotel. They wont let you pay for late check ouit, then i paid a new room with expedia and they disnt wanted to lwt me in my old room to get my things before 3pm even if i paid for a new room. Plus the bed are very hard and it is dirty.
The property was very well maintained and beautiful, the food was amazing, some of the best resort food ever. The staff though was not well trained in there suites and could not understand situations out of the normal mundane task. I was told I could not leave the property and felt like I was being held captive. It was resolved after talking with the manager on duty.
