Staff was friendly & professional, the room was INCREDIBLY clean. Good location for walking through the city and very close to the ADO terminal for cost effective travelling. Great spot if you're a backpacker looking for a quiet location to rest and head out from.

Friendly staff, super easy check in and check out. Clean rooms. Easy parking. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The chilaquiles verdes on their 7th floor were delicious. We rented 4 rooms as we traveled together with family and they accommodated us all on the same floor.

very solid lodging for the price

solid lodging for the price. food at breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast cafe and rooftop pool was nice. The internet was good, bed was comfortable. hotel tried to resolve an issue with the safe in my room, ultimately moving me to a different room with a working safe (which was right next door).

I loved the hotel! Very clean and nice people work here. It's walking distance to a lot of places to eat and shop. It's also very close to the bus station. The air conditioning worked really well and i loved the pool area, it had a great view of the city.

The entire staff of this hotel was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I especially want to commend the three women preparing and serving breakfast! Each morning, I looked forward to their smiles and conversations! I felt welcomed and appreciated! The rooftop pool was a great surprise as it offered lovely views of the city.

The area around kavia is probably the best thing about the property. Genuinely love all the street food. The property it's self isn't the best or worst. Just a nice AC room with not much noise. Really, you are here for the area. Parking also available and a herts car rental right Infront of the place. I might come here again

I was mad disappointed about the condition of the shower head and the drainage system of the shower and face basin. Also felt like one the receptionist was catching attitude. The Pool was nice and the view from the rooftop was Lovely. Love the sounding restaurants and bars tho and the friendly nature of the ppl.

Overall the Hotel was good enough to enjoy our Vacation. The room was clean, the bed was combatable and the check-in and out process was fast. My only concerns about this Hotel was the amount of Gnats that appeared in the room and the nose levels, as everything is echoed though out and the fact that my room did not have a widow. But for the price it was worth it, however next time I would spend the extra money for a resort.

Good. But when I arrived at the midnight due to the delay of flight, I would like to have a picking up service but they don't have. The swimming Pool is good, but too hot at daytime because it at the top floor of the building.

Trust, but verify 😂

This is a funny one because we were kind of on an adventure and off the beaten path. The hotel is an old building, which is fine. It was clean, the staff were great BUT the photo of dumbbells in the “gym” is a misrepresentation. There is a treadmill, an elliptical, a spin bike that wouldn’t adjust handlebars and some bench thing I didn’t want to figure out. Breakfast is NOT included, we paid for it but it was worth the few pesos. It was good food and the ladies were really great, we enjoyed that but it ain’t included as advertised. Overall, the taqueria 2 blocks down was awesome!
