Staffs are nice! Water drain is clogged, no hair dryer, one hand towel, two big shower towels, no small towels, no tissue paper, only toilet paper. Breakfast is free, but need to be ordered, not buffet.

Friendly staff, super easy check in and check out. Clean rooms. Easy parking. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The chilaquiles verdes on their 7th floor were delicious. We rented 4 rooms as we traveled together with family and they accommodated us all on the same floor.

very solid lodging for the price

solid lodging for the price. food at breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast cafe and rooftop pool was nice. The internet was good, bed was comfortable. hotel tried to resolve an issue with the safe in my room, ultimately moving me to a different room with a working safe (which was right next door).
