It is good spot to have 1 night if you land in the evening and need to go somewhere the next day. Good staff and good breakfast. Room and hotel looks a bit tired but still good. Very comfy bed!

Friendly staff, super easy check in and check out. Clean rooms. Easy parking. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The chilaquiles verdes on their 7th floor were delicious. We rented 4 rooms as we traveled together with family and they accommodated us all on the same floor.

You just get one key per room. They wanted 200 pesos for another plastic key! What a rip off! Beds are hard. Pool was dirty. We won't stay again! One cup of coffee with breakfast....not worth paying the extra for breakfast.

The entire staff of this hotel was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I especially want to commend the three women preparing and serving breakfast! Each morning, I looked forward to their smiles and conversations! I felt welcomed and appreciated! The rooftop pool was a great surprise as it offered lovely views of the city.

There’s hot water. I want to say that because I figured it was an issue in many places in Cancun. Service was provided. I didn’t give excellent because I was not lucky to get a window to the outside

I was mad disappointed about the condition of the shower head and the drainage system of the shower and face basin. Also felt like one the receptionist was catching attitude. The Pool was nice and the view from the rooftop was Lovely. Love the sounding restaurants and bars tho and the friendly nature of the ppl.

The area around kavia is probably the best thing about the property. Genuinely love all the street food. The property it's self isn't the best or worst. Just a nice AC room with not much noise. Really, you are here for the area. Parking also available and a herts car rental right Infront of the place. I might come here again

This was my last stay on my 8 day solo trip and it helped me end it well, I originally booked an Airbnb but when I got there, it was horrible & in a rough neighborhood. I booked Kavia Plus for two nights, double bed room, it had a small balcony & a refrigerator. I took a star off because there's no chair in the room, there were flies in the sink area non stop & the shower head need to be replaced. The staff was helpful & very friendly. I had breakfast in their cafe, it was fresh & tasty, extremely affordable. The building is very clean, I stayed 3 nights at their other hotel LUMA by Kavia & it was nothing like Kavia Plus. LUMA needs a deep cleaning & redesign. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to.
