The staff was great and rooms were clean.
The hotel needs major renovations.

The room was in good condition and the staff was very nice. The hotel is made from an abandoned hotel (i think) and the architecture is wonderful. Some isdues though:
1. A non working fridge
2. The rooms are not quiet. Many people outside are talking and you can hear everything clearly.
3. The shower didn't work well
Otherwise i enjoyed it.
The bed was dirty. There was still hair in the shower from previos guess

This is not a hotel. It is a repurposed shopping mall. No sound proofing from the hall or adjacent rooms, plumbing is added over the original mall store floor. Hot water just would not come. Interior light from hall cannot be blocked all night. No window to exterior. We left after two days. Description was deceptive.
This hotel feels like an old mall that’s been converted into a hotel, with each shop turned into a room.
The good part is that the reception staff is available 24/7. However, we had little to no hot water in the morning.
Overall, it’s a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. Most people seem to stay here just for a night. either before or after checking into their resort, or while doing excursions.
There are some spots for parking shared with shops at the front.
