The restaurant was great. The pool was great. The room was bad, run down, not well maintained. A/C was out for 2 days before someone could come and replace the missing remote control (no controls on the unit). Ran out of hot water one day. Mix up with booking and the property would not refund the extra booked room. Would not recommend.

We had a great 10 days - staff was great and having a store, laundry, and restaurant on site was convenient. unit needed a better stocked kitchen with a toaster and flipper for eggs. more pots and pans. better selecting of plates bowls and utensils. building is showing its age but everything worked and lots of hot water. a bit of a language barrier but we are in a Spanish speaking country and managed to make out alright. Pool was nice and lots of room on the beach.

Wonderful stay for a budget property

Older property in need of some repairs but everything was kept clean and all items in the room were functional. Beautiful views and a comfortable stay for a budget property. Staff were all pleasant.

Do not stay here

I will never stay again. The AC was broken and the toilet backed up the last night. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life.
When I arrived the A/C had water all over the floor

Found out that some rooms are sub let out , hence why the taxi drivers and uber cant find the location as the hotel is actually Cancun Plaza And not sea view apartments My room 3509 had a door switch on the sliding door , which was so hard to slide open as to it would turn the AC off even if it was for a second, it also switched off at night sometimes .as it was WIFI controlled to save power. THATS BS . No bottle opener, and water pressure was low The little bar near was good Nice food but they didn't like taking payment by card. otherwise, good basic Hotel and nice fast internet PS no Doona just a sheet and a thin blanket

booked the Ocean View hotel through Expedia, and upon arrival, I was asked to pay a $300 deposit via Stripe if I want the room code. I agreed, thinking it was standard procedure….. But even now, after my stay, I still haven’t received my deposit back yet! I’ve sent several messages and no one replies. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, the room wasn’t cleaned for four days during my stay. I honestly feel like I was scammed. Be careful if you’re considering this hotel – it does not feel trustworthy at all.

Great place to stay if you are going into a mood and quiet place. There is a small restaurant in the apartment that you can enjoy drinks and bar meals in case don’t want to leave the apartment. Easy access to ground transportation.

Amazing Wifi to work. Amazing view from the balcony, great kitchen, fridge. Super great shower and beds really confortable!!! We will come back, everything was great! We had an increidble time and enjoyed the swimming pool! Shop downstairs and a supermarket in front. 100/10

It was nice experience and the room was clean and you have given exactly what was required for us and as promised Infinite pool with patio facing ocean with affordable price. If you want to try different cuisine then stay in this type of hotel use that money to dine in different place. Buses are available in front of the hotel and you can travel through hotel area and explore. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this for family with children and adults.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view, apartment had all we needed. Noisy ceiling fan, it wasn’t working properly as its light kept coming on in the middle of the night. Other than that, we were in the 4th floor directly in front of the ocean.
