  • It is a beautiful house located in Punta Sam Beach, 15 minutes from Cancun Downtown. The house has 7 rooms (sleeps 22) each one with bathroom. Tv room, kitchen, swimming pool, private parking, pool table, private dock and wonderful sunrises.

    Esta casa tiene 7 habitaciones con capacidad para 22 personas. Está ubicada justo en la playa de Punta Sam y frente a Isla Mujeres. A 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Cancún, a 5 minutos del puerto donde se toma el ferry para Isla Mujeres y a 40 minutos aproximadamente del aeropuerto internacional de Cancún. Cuenta con sala de tv, cocina, comedor, sala, terraza, pecera, mesa de billar, wi fi, estacionamiento privado, muelle privado, zona de playa, alberca y amaneceres maravillosos.
