We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so they can arrive at any time.

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).

Payment must be made by Airbnb to reserve the desired dates. The security deposit is only charged if the apartment is delivered with any damage upon departure.

RULES:
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. I don't know, food and drinks are allowed in glass containers in the pool area.
❌. The pool cannot be used in casual clothing. Pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a bathing suit is mandatory.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows or balconies.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet.
✔️. Respect security personnel and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
For each rule that is not complied with, a penalty of $50 US will be charged, for the 1st rule not complied with, $60 US for the 2nd, 70 US for the 3rd and so on.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Replacement for loss of key, access card or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
