This place is perfect for I needed it for I was solo traveling. There were so many options because because the mall was a three minute walk so there was unlimited shopping and food. This is my first time in Mexico and I did not have to take a taxi anywhere because everything is so close even a grocery store and a Walmart express And a few restaurants.

The security guard on the Vancouver tower elevator ,does not have a computer to check your name is on the reservation, instead he will take a picture of your Passport with his personal phone, something that feels very odd and uncomfortable. I encourage management to take action regarding this issue , because this will keep tourists from coming back to your hotel.

Sofa in the unit seems getting old and not comfortable, Dining chairs also need replacement.Kitchen utensils were OK. Loud music on weekends till 4 am. close to mall so good dining options, shopping also plentiful. Good A/C, Room service staff good. Good place to stay if you are not just beachlover. Uber and bus services to beaches plentiful.

The view was beautiful; minus the abandoned high rise obstruction..the staff were all pleasant and very accommodating.. Jaccuzi could’ve been properly cleaned..Having the property located on top of a shopping mall was a plus..
