It is nice place to stay close to variety food places close to variety things to do close to several shopping centers Kids enjoyed the pool and they enjoyed the breaksfast choices .Rooms were nice staff friendly. Only thing Im not crazy about is have to pay 50 up front in case something happens which is fine but to have to wait 7 to 10 days to get it back and have not gotten it returned once before and all we dif was sleep nothing else think have staff check room as checking out and refund then...

My stay was very nice Hotel is great location Close to shopping by Variety of restaurants Movie theater close by Staff very helpful room clean and nice close to area and things I needed Several parks close by & Grand daughter loved pool and fact had 3 snow cones places close lol plus she enjoyec the breakfast time I will recommend it again and already planning another trip back

I always stay here when I have to come to the bluff. It is clean and the staff is so nice. I don't have a bad thing to say. My refrigerator was out and they brought one to me within 10 minutes. Also I was in a hurry when checking out and left my kids bag. They called immediately and I was able to go back for it which I really appreciate. They deserve the highest rating in my book.

We usually stay at the comfort inn just off of the highway, but wanted to try the HIE this time and it did not disappoint! From the checkin to check out, all staff were friendly and helpful! Robin was great hostess for morning breakfast!

The clerks were wonderful, rooms are clean. The bed is great, I did not get up with my back hurting not one time. Itās really quiet add I felt safe the whole time I was there. Close to fast food places. Easy to get into the hotel and out it sits right next to a red light.
